375 Kensington High Street, London, UK

375 Kensington High Street is a collection of apartments and penthouses by St Edward which is located in one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods.

The development offers one, two and three bedroom apartments and includes a private cinema, a luxurious leisure suite and a state of the art business centre.

During excavation works, temporary propping was required to a contiguous piled retaining wall. CCL was called in to advise on the method by which load could be applied to the propping and maintained throughout the works.

The company recommended the use of heavy lift jacking devices with locking collars, and went on to supply and carry out the installation and operation of twenty 250-tonne jacks.
