Projects undertaken include:

Sama Beirut, Beirut

Located in the heart of Beirut, this iconic, 50-storey landmark tower is the tallest in Lebanon, standing 186 metres tall. Sama Beirut is the first building in the country to achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating and the first in the Middle East to use the CCL XeD Extended Durability post-tensioning system. The lowest rate of carbon emission and embodied energy for the building’s construction was achieved due to CCL’s solution. The company also achieved a lighter structure by reducing vertical elements and foundations size.

Café Najjar Factory (Surface), Beirut

A nut processing factory in Lebanon required a flat, aesthetic floor with minimum joints in order to achieve maximum productivity and meet ISO 22000 certification requirements. CCL designed and executed a crack-free, joint-free, polished concrete floor using its Surface Jointless Flooring System, as well as incorporating a full drainage layout.

Skygate Tower, Beirut

Skygate is a residential tower located in the Ashrafieh district at the centre of Beirut. The structure is made up of four cubical elements which are offset from right to left. CCL designed and installed a cantilever system of post-tensioned beams to support the middle two blocks and create a ‘stagger’ effect.
